Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
We’re growing! As we prepare to open our brand-new location, Coral Cove Childcare
Center inside the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, we’re looking for a creative and
community-minded Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help us tell our story,
share our values, and connect with families online and in our local community.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the center’s digital presence while collaborating
with both the Here We Grow/Coral Cove team and the Aquarium’s marketing
department to align messaging and make a lasting impact. If you love creating content

Job Description
This role will be responsible to help plan, create, and manage marketing and social media efforts for the center. This role requires strong communication and design skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to authentically represent the center’s mission, values, and programs across all platforms. This individual plays a key role in maintaining a positive public presence and ensuring consistent, thoughtful storytelling across digital spaces.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
? Design and manage engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, captions) that
reflects center activities, achievements, and values.
? Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar for social media platforms.
? Promote events, programs, and center updates across all channels.
? Capture and share stories that reflect the heart of our mission and the joy of early
learning.
Marketing Campaigns & Advertising
? Help plan, execute, and monitor advertising posts, ads and campaigns (e.g.,
Instagram,
attendance.
? Track key metrics and adjust strategies based on performance and insights.
? Coordinate messaging for both centers that align with the Aquarium’s marketing
team and our mission.
? Help plan, create and implement Marketing Collateral for events campaigns.
Social Media & Community Engagement
? Monitor daily activity on platforms and respond to comments, messages, and
reviews with warmth and professionalism.
? Work with website creators to showcase events, enrollment promotions, and
campaigns.
? Foster a positive and welcoming online environment for families and the wider
community.
? Ensure consistency across all digital touch points and communication channels.
Analytics, Reporting & Improvement
? Track and analyze performance data for social media, ad campaigns, and website
tra?c.
? Generate regular reports and use data to guide decisions and improve outreach
strategies.
? Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
? Share relevant knowledge with the team to support collaborative marketing e?orts.
Compliance & Crisis Communication
? Ensure content complies with privacy policies, media consents, and copyright
regulations.
? Respond to online feedback or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and
discretion.
? Support leadership with digital communication during emergencies or sensitive
situations.
What You’ll Need:
? Be available to work and connect during US Business work hours.
? Fluent in English
? Ability to join zoom calls, and have access to a personal computer, Wifi.
? Strong written and visual storytelling skills
? Experience managing social media accounts for business or organization.
? Experience and proficient with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads,
and analytics platforms.
? A collaborative spirit and the ability to balance creativity and strategy.
