Short-Form Video Editor for TikTok & Instagram Reels

I’m looking for a video editor who specializes in short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

This role is NOT for YouTube editing.

You will be editing:
• Talking-head videos
• Short clips (15–60 seconds)
• Fast-paced, hook-focused content
• Clean captions and jump cuts
• Simple zooms and emphasis text

Style references:
Clean, modern short-form similar to creators like Alex Hormozi or Zach Crawford.
No heavy effects or over-editing.

Requirements:
• Experience editing short-form vertical videos
• Understanding of TikTok pacing and hooks
• Ability to follow written feedback
• CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
