We are a growing U.S.-based healthcare clinic looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to help support patient communication, scheduling, and care coordination. Schedule: Full-time
Work Hours: Must be available during U.S. daytime business hours
COMPENSATION:
Starting rate: $4.50 USD/hour
Increase to $5.00 USD/hour after 3 months based on performance and reliability
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the main point of contact for patients via phone,
Assist with new patient intake and guide patients through onboarding
Schedule appointments, send reminders, and follow up with patients
Help with insurance verification and prior authorizations
Coordinate communication between patients and clinical providers
Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant documentation in EHR and other systems
Provide general administrative support for patient care operations
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year experience in a medical office, healthcare support role, or virtual medical assistant position
Excellent spoken and written English with a professional and friendly phone manner
Experience contacting patients, medical offices, or insurance companies
Familiarity with EHR systems, scheduling platforms, and patient portals
Understanding of HIPAA/privacy practices in healthcare
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
