About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Medicare Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll connect with previous Medicare members, assist with Agent of Record (AOR) updates, and provide outstanding service to support retention.

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to previous Medicare members.
- Assist with AOR changes and ensure proper documentation.
- Explain plan options and benefits clearly and professionally.
- Record all interactions in CRM systems.
- Work closely with the retention team to build strong member relationships.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, or insurance preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to meet outreach goals and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Medicare and compliance standards (training provided).
