Music Management Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Music Management Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations for independent and label-affiliated artists. This role is focused on execution, not content creation. You will be responsible for posting pre-made video clips across social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit, assisting with music submissions (playlists, blogs, distributor portals), and helping keep release-related tasks organized and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, follows instructions closely, communicates clearly, and is fluent or proficient in English. You must be able to consistently complete tasks without close supervision. Weekly check-ins will be held to review progress and priorities. This is a part-time, remote role with the opportunity for long-term growth and pay increases based on performance. Applicants must have reliable, fast internet to complete tasks efficiently.
