? About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, creative Virtual Assistant / Video Editor to support two focused areas of our business:
- Editing a YouTube Health & Wellness video series
- Light social media + email marketing for our professional development brand
This is a great role for someone who enjoys content creation, simple marketing execution, and website updates, and who wants a long-term working relationship, not just one-off projects.
You’re not expected to do everything — just do these few things well and consistently.
???? Primary Responsibilities
1. Video Editing – Health & Wellness YouTube Series
- Edit long-form YouTube videos
- Clean cuts, pacing, captions, and light graphics
- Maintain a consistent editing style (guidelines provided)
- Export final videos and short clips as needed
???? Reference YouTube channel: drdawnshoptalk
2. Social Media & Email Marketing – Professional Development Side
Create and schedule:
1 social media post per week
1 marketing email per week
Promote:
Upcoming workshops
Events
New YouTube videos
Follow brand messaging and simple content prompts (not heavy copywriting)
3. Website Updates (Wix)
Update Wix website when new workshops or events are announced
Edit text, images, event sections, and links
Ensure content stays current and professional

? Required Skills & Experience
- Video editing experience (YouTube preferred)
- Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Muovie, or similar
-Familiarity with social media marketing basics
- Comfortable working with Wix websites
- Strong written English
- Organized, dependable, and deadline-oriented
- Able to follow instructions while working independently

- Experience with health, wellness, or professional development brands
- Canva experience
- Understanding of basic content promotion strategy
- Experience scheduling posts or emails
