About the Role

I am looking for a highly motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant to join me for a long-term collaboration. You will be an integral part of my team, helping me with a variety of tasks, from social media management and lead generation to administrative and creative assignments. My expertise is in marketing, and I am looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with me. While I have a set budget to start, I believe in rewarding great work and offer incentives for exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

•
Manage and warm up multiple Instagram accounts.

•
Engage in lead generation activities through Instagram DMs, following provided training.

•
Schedule and post content on various platforms, including YouTube (videos) and Instagram (Reels).

•
Create eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube videos using Canva.

•
Perform basic video editing for social media content.

•
Assist with team communication and coordination.

•
Manage my calendar and schedule appointments.

•
Track financial data and maintain records.

•
Conduct market research as needed.

•
Handle various administrative and day-to-day tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills:

•
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.

•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

•
Strong knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms.

•
Experience with lead generation, particularly through social media.

•
Proficiency in Canva for creating graphics and thumbnails.

•
Basic video editing skills.

•
Highly organized and detail-oriented.

•
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

•
Familiarity with financial tracking and data entry.

Ideal but not required:

•
Experience with YouTube channel management.

•
Advanced video editing skills.

•
Experience with market research.
