We are looking for a proactive and confident Virtual Assistant to manage and convert incoming leads generated from marketing outreach. This role is heavily phone-based and focused on booking meetings, qualifying prospects, and eventually conducting system demos. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with leads, works well in a fast-paced sales environment, and is motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to warm and inbound leads
Answer inbound calls and respond to lead inquiries promptly
Qualify leads and book meetings with the sales or demo team
Manage scheduling using Calendly
Learn the system thoroughly and gradually take ownership of product demos
Update and maintain accurate records in HubSpot
Use our system for lead communication and coordination
Work closely with the sales team to move leads through the pipeline
Typical Day-to-Day Activities
Make a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
Book meetings for yourself or the demo team
Follow up with leads to ensure attendance and progression
Track lead activity and outcomes in HubSpot
Focus on converting leads into booked demos and closed deals

Must-Have Skills & Experience
At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, appointment setting, or a similar role
Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills
Confidence on the phone and ability to engage prospects
Sales-oriented mindset with persistence and professionalism
Prior experience using HubSpot
Background in SaaS, B2B sales, or demo-based selling
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of meetings booked
Lead conversion and closing rate

Hours: 40 hours per week
Days: Monday to Friday
