As our education and coaching businesses continue to grow globally, I am expanding my team and I am currently hiring skilled Virtual Assistants (VAs) to support ongoing digital projects and evergreen funnel implementation.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is highly organised, creative, tech-confident, and able to execute across multiple areas of an online business.

POSITION: DIGITAL PRODUCTS + GOHIGHLEVEL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for VAs who can support with both:
A. Digital Product & Design Support
? Formatting ebooks into clean, professional PDF layouts
? Designing workbooks, journals, planners, templates, and lead magnets
? Creating branded Canva assets for launches
? Designing social media posts, carousels, flyers, and reel covers
? Preparing webinar slide decks and promotional graphics
? Formatting contracts and client documents into branded templates
B. GoHighLevel Funnel, Quiz & Automation Support
Inside GoHighLevel, you will support with:
? Building landing pages, opt-in forms, and evergreen funnels
? Uploading digital products and setting up automated delivery
? Creating workflows, tagging systems, and follow-up automations
? Setting up affiliate links and tracking systems where needed
? Supporting contract delivery and onboarding automation
IMPORTANT: Quiz & Assessment Setup (Key Requirement)
I specifically need someone who can build:
? Academic-style quizzes and assessments inside GoHighLevel
? Multiple choice quizzes with scoring
? Conditional logic (different outcomes based on answers)
? Automated results, tagging, and follow-up sequences based on performance
FAITH ALIGNMENT (IMPORTANT)
My work is deeply rooted in Christian values and often includes:
Scriptures
Prayer-based resources
Faith-driven coaching content
Therefore, applicants must be:
? A Christian OR
? Fully comfortable working with biblical content, prayers, and faith-based materials

REQUIREMENTS
To be a strong fit, you must have:
Excellent Canva design skills (portfolio required)
Working experience with GoHighLevel funnels and automations
Experience building quizzes/assessments with scoring and logic
High attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Strong communication, responsiveness, and professionalism
Availability for ongoing weekly work (approx. 10 hours/week to start)

COMPENSATION
This is a paid ongoing role with consistent work and competitive hourly rates based on skill and experience.
Shortlisted applicants will complete a paid trial task before final selection.
