We’re seeking Virtual Assistant to create and manage Facebook & Instagram ads focused on generating high-quality, location-specific leads for our established architectural firm.
Must have excellent spoken and written English and experience in social media ads. Experience in lead generation for service-based business a big plus but not necessary.

What you’ll do:
• Create and manage Meta ads using existing photo content
• Develop campaigns targeting specific geographic areas
• Build and optimize custom audiences, retargeting, and lookalikes
• Set up and manage Meta pixels and conversion tracking
• Create short-form video ads (Reels-style), using AI tools when helpful
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality (not just volume)

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience generating high-intent leads through Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of local targeting and audience culling
• Ability to turn existing assets into effective ads
• Comfortable using AI tools for ad and video creation
• Experience with architecture, construction, or real estate is a plus but not a must

Details:
• Part-time, remote (work schedule is mornings – Eastern standard time)
