Dubai Real Estate Brand | Short-Form Video

We’re hiring a Video-First Editor (not a social media manager).
This role is 100% focused on editing premium short-form video for a Dubai real estate brand.

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Proven experience editing real estate videos (Dubai or international)

Strong short-form editing experience (Reels / Shorts)

Proficiency in CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

Solid understanding of:

9:16 format

1080p / 4K resolution

Export settings & bitrate

Ability to clearly explain your editing and export decisions

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

You only use Canva

You focus on images instead of video

You can’t explain video quality or export settings

You’re looking to manage social media accounts

TRIAL & COMPENSATION

Paid editing test (48 hours)

Part-time / project-based

Long-term collaboration possible
