About the Company
We are a UK-based construction company specialized in high-end garden rooms and home extensions.
We offer a turnkey service (design + build + installation), working with homeowners and landlords across London.
Our projects are high-ticket, and we are looking for a sharp and professional Appointment Setter to manage incoming leads and build a strong pipeline.
Role Overview
This position is NOT about closing deals.
Your job is to:
? respond quickly to new inquiries
? qualify serious prospects
? nurture leads through follow-ups
? schedule consultations and site visits with our project manager
You will be the first point of contact and a key part of our sales process.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads from multiple channels:
Checkatrade
WhatsApp
Email
Instagram
CRM system
Ask qualifying questions (scope, budget, timeline, location)
Book appointments for high-intent prospects
Consistent follow-up and lead nurturing
Keep CRM records organized and updated
Learn technical specifications of our garden room and extension services over time
Requirements (Mandatory)

Fluent English (spoken and written)
1+ year experience managing leads inside a CRM
Proven appointment setting or sales support background
Highly organized and responsive
Comfortable working with high-ticket homeowners
Bonus Skills (Not required, but great)
Experience in construction, real estate, or home improvement
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (CRM) or similar
Ability to understand technical product details quickly
