Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create static ad creatives for paid social platforms
This role is focused on both design execution and concept development. We are looking for someone that has attention to detail as well. So if you are interested in this job, start the proposol with the word sunshine. The copy, angles, and references are provided.
You will be responsible for translating clear briefs into launch-ready, high-quality ad creatives.
This position starts as payment per creative, with the opportunity to grow into a part-time or full-time role based on performance and consistency.
Responsibilities
Design and edit static ads for
Translate provided briefs, copy, and references into final creatives
Apply strong visual hierarchy (headline, subline, layout, spacing)
Ensure creatives are optimized for mobile-first viewing
Make revisions when requested
Deliver files in required formats and aspect ratios
Requirements
Proven experience designing static ads for paid social
Strong ability to follow briefs and references accurately
Efficient workflow with consistent output
Solid understanding of visual hierarchy and ad readability
Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools
Reliability and clear communication
Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands is a plus.
Output & Workflow
Payment: Per ad / per creative
Expected output: 20–30 static ads per week
Most ads are straightforward executions (assets & copy provided)
Expected pace: ~2–3 ads per hour on average
More complex ads may take longer
Performance & Compensation
Ad performance results are shared
Feedback is based on live ad performance
Performance-based bonuses available
High-performing designers may be offered a part-time or full-time position
