JV Affiliate Manager (Part-Time)

Work Schedule: 4 hours per day
Location: Remote

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive JV Affiliate Manager to support and manage our affiliate partnerships. This role focuses on coordinating with affiliates, preparing commission reports, handling project management tasks, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain ongoing communication with JV partners and affiliates
Track affiliate performance and prepare accurate commission reports and payouts
Ensure affiliates have the correct links, assets, and information needed for promotions
Manage affiliate-related projects, timelines, and follow-ups
Maintain organized records of affiliates, agreements, and commissions
Assist with general administrative tasks related to affiliate and JV operations
Support internal tea ---------- mbers with coordination and reporting as needed

Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in affiliate management, partnerships, or online business operations is a plus
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, especially with tracking commissions and data
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana)
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Nice-to-Have
Experience working with JV launches or affiliate programs
Familiarity with commission tracking tools or affiliate platforms
Basic understanding of digital marketing or online sales funnels
