JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based moving company looking for a full-time, long-term Customer Service / Admin & Sales Assistant to join our remote team.

This role includes sending emails, making phone calls, doing follow-ups, handling admin work, and assisting with sales related to residential and commercial moving services.
You will be communicating with customers, helping schedule moves, following up on quotes, and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities
Send and respond to customer emails
Make phone calls to customers regarding moving inquiries
Follow up on quotes, leads, and existing customers
Assist with booking and scheduling moves
Perform general admin work and data entry
Update customer information in the system
Support sales and customer service tasks as needed

Requirements
Very good spoken and written English
Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Customer service or sales experience is a plus
Moving industry experience is a plus (not required)
