ABOUT US:
OriumAI is an innovative fintech startup launching in March 2026. We help people fix their credit using AI technology. We're building the future of credit repair and need a creative social media expert to build our online presence from the ground up.



POSITION OVERVIEW:

We're looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to create, manage, and grow our presence across all major platforms. You'll be responsible for building our brand from day one - creating engaging content, growing our audience, and driving customer acquisition through social media.

This is a FULL-TIME role with long-term growth potential.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

CONTENT CREATION (60% of role):
- Create 3-5 high-quality posts per day across platforms
- Design graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Write compelling copy for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Create educational content about credit repair, credit scores, financial literacy
- Develop viral-worthy content that drives engagement
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short pieces

PLATFORM MANAGEMENT (30% of role):
- Manage and post to: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Post consistently: 3-5x daily across all platforms
- Engage with comments and DMs within 2 hours during business hours
- Monitor trending topics and participate in relevant conversations
- Build and maintain content calendar (plan 2 weeks ahead)
- Coordinate posting schedule for maximum engagement

STRATEGY & GROWTH (10% of role):
- Track analytics and report weekly on performance
- Identify what content performs best and create more of it
- Research competitor strategies and industry trends
- Suggest new platforms or strategies to test
- Optimize posting times based on engagement data



CONTENT TYPES YOU'LL CREATE:

- Educational posts: "How to read your credit report", "What is a Metro-2 violation?"
- Customer testimonials: Before/after credit score improvements
- Product demos: Showing OriumAI platform in action
- Behind-the-scenes: Building the company, founder story
- Trending audio/challenges: Credit repair education using viral sounds
- Quick tips: "3 ways to boost your score in 30 days"
- Myth-busting: "Credit repair myths that keep you broke"
- Case studies: Customer success stories with data
- Polls/questions: Engaging audience with interactive content

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):

EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years managing social media for brands (B2C preferred)
- Portfolio showing accounts you've grown (provide links)
- Experience with Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
- Proven track record of viral content or significant growth

SKILLS:
- Excellent English writing (grammar, spelling, tone)
- Graphic design in Canva (must be proficient)
- Video editing for short-form content (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms
- Strong visual eye for design and aesthetics

TECHNICAL:
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Own computer/laptop
- Quiet workspace for video calls
- Available to work US Eastern Time hours (at least 4-hour overlap)

PERSONAL QUALITIES:
- Creative and trend-aware
- Self-starter who doesn't need micromanaging
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Fast learner (you'll learn about credit repair industry)
- Proactive - suggests ideas without being asked

- Experience in fintech, finance, or credit industry
- Knowledge of paid social media ads (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Photography/videography experience
- Understanding of SEO and hashtag strategy

We provide accounts/subscriptions for all tools.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

SALARY: $540 - $800 USD per month
(Based on experience and portfolio quality)

HOURS: Full-time
Monday - Friday, flexible schedule with at least 4-hour overlap with US Eastern Time (8 AM - 12 PM EST preferred)
