About the Role

I’m looking for a reliable and creative Social Media VA to manage and grow accounts on Threads and X.
This role is focused on organic growth, posting, engagement, and account scaling, not paid ads.

You’ll be working with a lifestyle/creator-style brand, so understanding tone, trends, and platform culture is key.

Responsibilities

Daily posting on Threads and X

Writing short-form, engaging posts (casual, natural, human tone)

Following trends and adapting content to each platform

Engaging with comments, likes, reposts, and replies

Basic analytics tracking (what’s working / what’s not)

Helping grow followers organically and consistently

Requirements

Proven experience managing or growing Threads and/or X accounts

Strong English writing skills

Understanding of platform algorithms and trends

Ability to write non-corporate, natural-sounding posts

Consistent availability and good communication

Bonus: experience with creator, lifestyle, or influencer-style pages

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience scaling new accounts from 0

Familiarity with content calendars

Understanding of engagement bait & conversation starters

Knowledge of growth strategies on X (replies, threads, timing)
