As we continue to scale, we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Texter to support our daily outreach and maximize lead engagement.

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Texter to manage large volumes of outbound SMS leads. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in real estate land investing and is highly proficient with Smarter Contact.
This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and responsiveness. You will be responsible for daily lead texting, maintaining organized communication, and ensuring lead lists are prepared and uploaded ahead of schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Send SMS messages to 3,000–4,000 leads per day
Maintain a 12–15% or higher response rate on initial outreach
Follow and properly use SMS templates provided in training
Accurately manage and update leads within Smarter Contact
Coordinate with internal tea ---------- mbers as needed
Prepare and upload weekly lead lists in advance

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in real estate
Strong working knowledge of Smarter Contact
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to handle high lead volume while maintaining accuracy and quality
Willingness to complete a 1-day trial period to demonstrate skills and workflow using Smarter Contact

Schedule
Monday–Thursday: Active texting and lead engagement
Friday: Reset day, system recalibration, and lead list preparation for upcoming week(s)
