ClickUp Expert: CEO Dashboard & Workspace Revamp

Job Description: We are seeking a high-level ClickUp Expert to help our CEO reclaim control over company operations. We have been using ClickUp, but things are currently "slipping through the cracks" across multiple departments. We need a professional to audit, revamp, and optimize our workspace to ensure total accountability.

Our Goal: The CEO needs to be able to see, at a moment’s glance, if every department is on track with their goals, KPIs, and deliverables. You will be designing a system for the CEO, his Executive Assistant, and 5–6 department users (including Insurance Reps and Operations).

Scope of Work:
Workspace Audit & Revamp: Review our current setup and identify why tasks are slipping and where the bottlenecks are.
Executive Dashboard Design: Create high-level views for the CEO to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress across the entire company.
Departmental Accountability: Build a structure where department leads (Insurance, Admin, Ops) have clear ownership of their tasks.
KPI Tracking: Integrate KPI monitoring within ClickUp so execution is tied to measurable results.
Workflow Training: Briefly advise the CEO and Assistant on the "best practices" to maintain this system once it is built.

Who You Are:
You have a proven track record of revamping ClickUp workspaces for Business Owners/CEOs.

You understand Horizontal Visibility—how to show a leader what multiple departments are doing without making the view cluttered.

You are an excellent communicator who can explain why you are structuring the data a certain way.
