MUST HAVE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Phone call experience (inbound + outbound)
- Professional
- Excel (confident)
- PDF form editing
- Strong English (spoken + written)
- Accountable (own mistakes, fix fast)
- FAST response time
CUSTOMER SERVICE (CRITICAL)
- Reply ASAP — no delays
- Never leave messages unanswered
- Always acknowledge and follow up
TASKS
- ServiceM8 scheduling
- Xero (quotes, invoices)
- WhatsApp follow-ups

- Keep paperwork 100% up to date
- Call customers via Dialpad
HOURS
- 7:00am – 5:00pm (Sydney time)
- 5 weekdays + 2 weekends
- Weekends: emergency calls + light paperwork
- After-hours calls may be required
