Real Estate Outreach Specialist – Cold Calling & Follow-Up SMS (Remote)

Overview
We are hiring Conversation Starters, not closers.

Your job is to start respectful conversations with property owners by phone and use 1-to-1 follow-up SMS when appropriate.
This role does not involve negotiating prices or closing deals.

What You Will Do

Make outbound cold calls to property owners

Leave voicemails when appropriate

Log call outcomes accurately in CRM

Send individual follow-up SMS messages triggered by call outcomes

Respond to basic SMS replies

Schedule callbacks or hand leads to the Lead Manager

What You Will NOT Do

No SMS blasting

No mass campaigns

No price discussions

No deal negotiation

No improvising scripts

Required Skills

Clear spoken English

Calm, professional phone presence

Comfortable with call volume

Coachable and consistent

Accurate CRM note-taking

Preferred (Not Required)

Cold calling or appointment setting experience

Real estate exposure

SMS follow-up experience

Hours & Pay

~20 hours/week

$5–7 USD/hour

Performance bonuses available
