We’re hiring a dedicated, full-time Media Buyer who specializes strictly in:

???? Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
???? Google Ads

???? Role Overview

You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google for both client brands and internal accounts.

This is a hands-on role requiring daily optimization, testing, and scaling.

???? Key Responsibilities (Daily)

Manage and optimize multiple Meta & Google ad accounts

Launch and scale campaigns on:

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Google Search

Google Shopping

Performance Max

Daily monitoring of:

Spend

Performance

Scaling opportunities

Test and optimize:

Audiences

Creatives

Copy

Bidding strategies

Track and improve:

ROAS

CPA

CAC

Conversion rates

Work closely with our:

Creative team

Account managers

Ensure tracking accuracy (Pixel, GA4, conversions)

Provide weekly performance summaries

? Required Experience & Skills

You MUST have:

Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads

Experience managing multiple ad accounts at once

Strong understanding of:

Conversion tracking

Pixel setup

GA4

Ability to scale campaigns profitably

Experience with eCommerce / DTC brands

Data-driven decision-making skills

Ability to work independently without supervision

Experience in an agency environment

Knowledge of:

Shopify analytics

CRO fundamentals

Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications
