Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Instagram Growth Specialist to help expand the reach, engagement, and visibility of our Instagram accounts. This role focuses on optimizing content for the Instagram algorithm, increasing organic reach, and boosting engagement.

This position is different from a traditional social media manager — the primary responsibility is growth and algorithm optimization, not daily posting or content creation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to boost Instagram algorithm performance
- Increase organic reach and follower growth safely and sustainably
- Optimize Reels, Stories, and posts for maximum engagement
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to adjust strategy
- Collaborate with the content/posting team to ensure strategic posting timing and performance
- Identify trends and opportunities to maximize account visibility
- Suggest and implement creative growth tactics that comply with Instagram policies
- Provide regular performance reports and insights for continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience growing Instagram accounts organically and safely
- Deep understanding of the Instagram algorithm, trends, and Reels strategy
- Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies based on performance
- Knowledge of engagement tactics without relying on bots or spam
- Strong communication and reporting skills
