Responsibilities
• Post daily on IG + TikTok (repurpose to FB/Shorts optional)
• Create 5–7 reels/week (CapCut edits, subtitles, hook text, b-roll)
• Write captions with strong hooks + CTA to DM keyword
• Comment/DM engagement 20–30 min/day (route leads to team)
• Maintain weekly calendar + report weekly metrics
Must Understand
• Legal marketing basics: no guaranteed outcomes, “not legal advice” language, professional tone
• California-specific knowledge: must be familiar with California personal injury context (e.g., common a
• Ability to follow attorney-provided scripts/talking points and avoid making legal conclusions
• Must be able to reference reliable sources when mentioning rules (e.g., CA courts, DMV, CHP, CA DOI) and clearly state: “Always consult an attorney for your specific case.”
• Can create 3D/AI animated characters (talking objects with faces/arms)
• Can deliver 5–7 reels/week in this exact cinematic style
• Can do: script ? generate character ? animate ? voice ? captions
• Must have portfolio proof of AI/3D animation (not just Canva posts)
