Walmart Order Processing & Operations Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processing & Operations Specialist to manage daily Walmart orders. This role is critical to keeping our Walmart account healthy and compliant. You will be responsible for processing orders, creating shipping labels, coordinating with suppliers and 3PL warehouses, uploading tracking, and handling customer issues.

This is a long-term role with growth opportunities as we scale.

Key Responsibilities
Order Processing
Monitor Walmart Seller Center for new orders
Place orders with suppliers (Amazon or approved vendors)
Ensure correct customer details, SKUs, and quantities
Coordinate shipments to 3PL warehouse when required

???? Shipping & Tracking
Create shipping labels (provided system or carrier)
Upload valid tracking numbers to Walmart on time
Ensure tracking shows movement within 24 hours
Monitor delivery status and resolve delays proactively

???? 3PL Coordination
Communicate with 3PL warehouse for inbound and outbound shipment
Ensure relabeling and packaging requirements are followed
Track inventory movement and order fulfillment status

???? Customer Service & Returns
Respond to Walmart customer messages professionally
Handle cancellations, refunds, and returns
Resolve complaints to maintain account health
Escalate issues when needed

???? Account Health Support
Help maintain:
On-time shipment rate
Valid tracking rate
Low cancellation rate
Follow SOPs strictly to avoid Walmart policy violations
Required Skills & Experience
Experience with Walmart Seller Center (required)
Strong understanding of order fulfillment & tracking

Experience with drop shipping or 2-step fulfillment
Familiarity with Amazon/Walmart ordering process
Excellent attention to detail
Good written English communication
Ability to follow SOPs exactly
Preferred (Bonus Skills)
Experience working with 3PL warehouses
Knowledge of Walmart performance metrics
Experience with ShipStation / PirateShip / label systems
Understanding of Walmart compliance rules

Work Schedule
Full-time or part-time (depending on volume)
Must be available to process orders daily
Weekend availability is a plus
