JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end operational execution across inventory, logistics, 3PL, and cross-platform order management.
This role is critical in ensuring operational accuracy, inventory health, and smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners.

[Key responsibilities]
Inventory & Operations Management
- Manage all inventory operations across warehouses, 3PLs, and sales channels
- Track and maintain accurate inventory levels, inventory value, and inventory projections
- Identify, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies and inaccurate order reports
- Monitor inventory flow to prevent stockouts or overstock situations

Logistics & 3PL Management
- Own day-to-day communication and performance management of 3PL partners
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment, shipping timelines, and issue resolution
- Conduct regular third-party system and data sync checks (3PL, Shopify, TikTok Shop, etc.)

Platform & System Management
- Manage and monitor inventory across Shopify & TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate syncing and reporting
- Troubleshoot order, inventory, and system integration issues across platforms

Order Processing & Customer Support
- Receive and process purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Handle customer service inquiries via email and social media messages, including order issues, shipping questions, and general support
- Coordinate with 3PL and internal teams to resolve customer-related fulfillment issues efficiently

Invoice, Admin & Cross-Functional Support
- Prepare and send out invoices related to operations and logistics
- Provide personal assistance and operational administrative support as needed
- Assist with product management, including SKU setup, tracking, and operational readiness for launches
- Collaborate closely with finance, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure operational alignment


Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or inventory management
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, 3PL systems, and inventory tools
- Experience managing multiple third-party vendors
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (inventory tracking & projections)
