We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our team and help us dominate the digital court.
This isn't just about posting pictures; it’s about building a movement. You will be the voice of two brands that live at the intersection of competitive sport and high-end lifestyle.
What You’ll Do
* Create & Curate: Design "sporty-chic" visual assets in Canva and edit high-energy, viral-ready content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
* Manage Meta Ads: Take the lead on our paid social strategy. You’ll set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Ad campaigns to drive league sign-ups and apparel sales.
* Trend Watch: Stay ahead of social trends and padel news. You’ll analyze our data to see what’s working and pivot our strategy in real-time.
* Community Engagement: Interact with our followers, manage the content calendar, and ensure our brands feel human and accessible.
* Operations: Stay organized using Google Workspace to manage assets, reporting, and team communications.
What You Bring to the Court
* Fluent English: You have impeccable written English with the ability to write witty, engaging captions and professional ad copy.
* Design & Video Chops: You are a Canva Pro and a wizard with short-form video editing (CapCut/InShot/Adobe Premiere).
* Ads Expertise: You aren't afraid of the Meta Ads Manager. You understand targeting, A/B testing, and how to read a ROAS report.
* Tech Savvy: You are proficient in Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs.
* The Vibe: You have an eye for aesthetics (critical for PISTA74) and an appreciation for the fast-paced world of sports (essential for the League).
