We are an international online English program seeking experienced, native or near-native English-speaking ESL instructors to teach children and adults online.

???? Interview Timeline

Interviews: Late February (shortlisted candidates only)

Program start date: March 22 or 29

Program length: 6 weeks

Each teaching session runs for 6 weeks

? Class Schedule

Classes take place in the evening European time

Availability required after 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM Central European Time (CET)

Specific class times will be confirmed based on availability

???? Preferred Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for instructors who have:

For teaching children:

Experience teaching young learners online

Strong classroom presence and energy

Ability to use games, visuals, and interactive activities

Patience, encouragement, and clear pronunciation

For teaching adults:

Experience teaching adult ESL learners

Strong communication and explanation skills

Ability to teach:

speaking & listening

vocabulary & grammar

practical, real-life English

Confidence leading discussions and conversations

General requirements:

Native or near-native English proficiency

Previous online ESL teaching experience (preferred)

Reliable internet connection and quiet teaching environment

Ability to work independently as a freelance instructor

Comfortable using Zoom or similar platforms
