We are searching for another talented website designer, based in the Philippines, to join our amazing design team of Filipino designers.

You will need to have a proven track record designing premium, custom websites with a strong focus on turning website traffic into action takers.

Our head office is based in Australia. Our clients are from all around the world and are mainly high profile online marketers / online businesses.

Your Skill Requirements:
- Must have 4 years minimum experience of creating custom website designs that focus on conversions and user experience.
- Must have 4 years minimum experience of creating custom logos and brand elements.
- Must have an understanding of how to design websites and landing pages pages with a strong focus on conversions.
- Must be highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Must be able to design websites in Adobe Illustrator.
- Must have a fantastic, highly creative, polished portfolio of web design.
- Must have 1 year minimum experience of directing designers.
- It’s huge advantage if you can also design ebooks, flyers, infographics, slide decks, brochures, marketing material and basically everything we offer here: Upgrade to see actual info

Position Requirements:
- You must be fully committed to a full time position with us and MUST NOT be working full time or part time elsewhere!
- You will work from your own location.
- You must have fast & reliable computer. (MAC or PC.)
- You must have fast & reliable internet connection.
- You must have good English speaking & writing skills.
- You must be set up for occasional audio calls with our team and managers.
- You must have a 100GB Dropbox account. ($10 per month.)

The salary for this position is PHP 40,000 p/month (PHP 10,000 paid weekly via Paypal)

Full-Time position : Monday to Friday (8am - 4:30pm Filipino time with a 30 minute break.)

The position will start with a fully paid 2 week trial period to see how well you can design. If your performance and talent is suitable we will offer you a permanent full time position.

Our design team are a great bunch of people to work with and the successful applicant will be able to share ideas and make some lasting friendships.

When I last visited the Philippines in February this year, we had a lot of fun as a team and we grew our bond even stronger.
