JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a confident, tech-savvy, bilingual (English & Spanish) Service Representative to manage reservations and provide outstanding guest services for my RV parks. This is a fully work-from-home role — reliable internet and a quiet workspace are required.

Your Role:

Take reservations and manage bookings using CampSpot
Respond promptly to guest messages
Solve guest issues at the park and coordinate with local service providers
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests

Requirements – ALL must be met:
Fluent in English & Spanish (both) — if not, please do not apply
Proactive, confident, and tech-savvy
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Available US MST business hours
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
