BPO Service Representative – RV Parks

I’m looking for a confident, tech-savvy, bilingual (English & Spanish) Service Representative to manage reservations and guest services directly for my RV park.

Your Role:
Take reservations & use CampSpot
Respond promptly to guest messages
Solve guest issues at the park & coordinate local service providers
Communicate clearly & professionally with guests

Requirements – ALL must be met:
Fluent in English & Spanish (both) – if not, please do not apply
Proactive, confident, tech-savvy
Reliable internet & quiet workspace
Available US MST business hours
Strong problem-solving & multitasking skills
