Social Media Job – Analyze, Write, and some VA work

I’m looking for a teammate who’s driven and aligned with our vision. If you prove yourself, there’s real potential for growth here, starting as a content researcher/creator & writer, with opportunities to take on more responsibility and eventually become a key strategic partner.

I’ll pay you a salary because this isn’t about tracking hours or micromanaging how many hours you worked. I need a reliable teammate I can trust to show up and do great work.

The role:
This starts as content writing, research and strategy, but it’s really about building something together. We’ll spend 2–4 hours daily (maybe more when we’re in flow) on live working sessions, researching winning content formats, analyzing what makes things go viral, documenting patterns, and turning insights into repeatable frameworks.

What I actually care about: I need someone who is driven, has good intuition when analyzing content, and can write. Someone creative. Someone who doesn’t just analyze content but could create it themselves. Someone who’s probably already posting on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Twitter, a newsletter, or something, you love doing this stuff



What I’m looking for:

Must-haves:
- Creative writer who loves writing.
- Content creator at heart – you can analyze content and enjoy this stuff

Essentials:
- Reliable and responsive – show up on time, reply to messages, be someone I can count on.
- Clear English communication
- Available during CST hours (Dallas, TX timezone).
- Comfortable with live collaboration (Zoom/Google Meet, screen sharing, real-time discussions).

Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with USA-based remote work
- Experience with American culture; our core audience will be American, and we need to understand how they think on a psychological level
- Background in content, marketing, or social media
- Portfolio or examples of your own content/writing
- Comfortable using AI as a tool (not a crutch)

- Hustler mentality – you’re driven. You don’t just make to-do lists; you try things, keep trying, and see work as a path to becoming who you want to be, not just a paycheck.
- Business-minded with marketing/sales instincts
