About the Role
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred) Type: Full-time or Part-time Work Hours: Overlap with Pacific Time required Salary: $1,500 - $2,500 USD/month (full-time) or $800 - $1,200 USD/month (part-time)

Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Director who can take high-level business objectives and turn them into executed marketing projects - without requiring detailed oversight. You will be the bridge between strategy and execution, owning the entire process from "we need to sell more of X" to delivered landing pages, campaigns, and assets.

This is not a hands-on marketing execution role. You will not be writing content, managing social media, or running ads yourself. Instead, you will deeply understand our products and services, research competitors, create detailed project briefs, and coordinate our ads specialist, designers, and developers to execute with minimal back-and-forth.

What You Will Own
Strategy Translation (40%)
Receive high-level business objectives from leadership (e.g., "we need more mailbox clients")
Research competitors, market positioning, and messaging approaches
Develop the marketing approach and campaign structure independently
Make decisions on messaging, positioning, and creative direction without needing approval on every detail
Project Scoping & Briefing (30%)
Create detailed project briefs that design and development teams can execute from
Define page structure, wireframes, copy direction, and conversion goals
Write specs clear enough that teams deliver right the first time
Anticipate questions and address them in the brief upfront
Cross-Functional Coordination (20%)
Coordinate with our Google Ads specialist on campaign alignment
Direct designers on visual execution
Work with developers on landing page builds and tracking setup
Manage timelines and ensure projects ship on schedule
Performance & Iteration (10%)
Review campaign and page performance data
Identify what is working and what needs improvement
Feed learnings back into future projects
Requirements
Must Have
5+ years in digital marketing with progressive responsibility
Proven experience translating business goals into marketing execution
Strong project management and briefing skills
Ability to research competitors and develop positioning independently
Experience coordinating creative and technical teams
Excellent written English - you will write briefs constantly
Deep understanding of landing pages, conversion funnels, and paid acquisition
You Are a Fit If
You can take "we need to sell more X" and come back with a complete plan
You do not need hand-holding or detailed direction on the "how"
You research competitors to figure out approaches rather than asking what to do
You write briefs detailed enough that teams execute without endless questions
You take ownership and drive projects to completion
You are comfortable making decisions and defending them
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B or agency environments
Familiarity with Google Ads, GA4, and conversion tracking
Experience with Webflow or similar landing page tools
Background in SaaS, digital services, or lead generation
What This Role Is NOT
Not a content writer or social media manager
Not someone who needs wireframes reviewed by leadership
Not an executor waiting for detailed instructions
Not a people manager (you coordinate, not supervise)
What We Offer
Autonomy to own marketing strategy-to-execution
Direct line to leadership for strategic alignment
Tools and resources to execute effectively
Long-term opportunity to grow with the company
Performance bonuses tied to business outcomes
The Ideal Candidate
You have run marketing at a company or led major initiatives at an agency. You are frustrated by roles where you wait for direction or have every decision second-guessed. You want to own outcomes, not activities. You can look at a competitor's marketing, understand what they are doing, and build something better. You write briefs that teams actually use. You ship projects, not decks.
