Doctor Recruiter (Healthcare Recruitment & Outreach)

We are seeking an experienced Doctor Recruiter to join our team and help us onboard qualified doctors to our growing telehealth platform.

This role requires a mix of healthcare recruitment expertise, high-level sales skills, and excellent communication abilities. If you have a proven track record in recruiting healthcare professionals and know how to build strong professional relationships over the phone, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
•Recruit and onboard doctors to join our telehealth platform.
•Conduct outreach and engagement with healthcare professionals through calls.
•Utilize recruitment tools and strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
•Represent the platform with professionalism and persuasive communication.

Qualifications
•Proven experience in healthcare recruitment (doctor recruitment strongly preferred).
•Strong understanding of high-level sales techniques and relationship management.
•Exceptional phone voice and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
