JOB OVERVIEW

Elk Ridge Investments is a growing real estate investment firm managing a diverse portfolio of properties and financing structures. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Escrow Servicing Manager to manage and maintain all records, payments, and communications related to our property-level debt.

This role functions similarly to an internal escrow or loan servicing role and is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, organization, and ownership of complex financial details. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our debt obligations are tracked, serviced, and communicated flawlessly.

What You’ll Do:

- Maintain complete and accurate records for all property-level debts, including loans, seller financing, notes, and private debt
- Track master data for each loan (terms, balances, interest rates, payment schedules, fees, maturity dates, etc.)
- Ensure timely processing and tracking of all debt payments, fees, and reserves
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal systems related to debt servicing
- Manage email and written communications with lenders, sellers, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor upcoming deadlines, balloon payments, renewals, and covenant requirements
- Support reconciliations between payment records, lender statements, and internal accounting
- Organize and maintain digital documentation related to debt agreements and correspondence
- Assist leadership with reporting and ad hoc requests related to property debt

What We’re Looking For:

- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong comfort working with spreadsheets and structured financial data
- Clear, professional written communication (email-heavy role)
- Ability to manage multiple loans, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset
- Experience coordinating with external parties (lenders, sellers, attorneys, escrow, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in loan servicing, escrow, real estate finance, accounting, or property management
- Familiarity with seller-financed deals, private lending, or real estate debt structures
- Experience building or maintaining tracking systems and workflows
- Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment

What We Offer:

- Competitive compensation based on experience
- Opportunity to work closely with leadership on core financial operations
- Exposure to complex real estate financing and portfolio-level decision-making
- Supportive, professional team culture with clear expectations
- Long-term growth potential within a scaling real estate investment company

If you’re highly organized, dependable, and enjoy being the person who knows where every number lives, we’d love to connect.
