Work Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time only
Work Setup: Remote / Work from Home
Starting Rate: PHP 35,000 per month (with performance-based increases)
Commission-Based: No

Internet Requirements:
Primary connection: At least 50 Mbps
Backup connection: 25 Mbps

Qualifications:
Applicants must have experience with US e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to:
Amazon
Walmart
eBay
Target
Lowe’s

Candidates must clearly highlight their e-commerce-related experience in their resume. Generic resumes without specific e-commerce experience will not be prioritized.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer service via email, including tracking updates, lost shipments, reshipments, and damaged items
Investigate claims with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS and submit required documentation
Perform data entry, reporting, and task list management
Assist the team with daily customer service and claims operations

Skills and Requirements:
Experience with US e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Lowe’s, or similar)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, Zoom, Notion, and TeamViewer
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Customer service or claims handling experience is an advantage
Experience with spreadsheets, reporting, or order management systems is a plus
