We are a fast-growing multi brand global company specialising in natural cosmetics and organic food, expanding rapidly across the UK, EU, and international markets. We are looking for an experienced CRO Manager to improve conversion, lead social and email, coordinate with tech implementation, and aligning overall cross-channel execution.

Role Overview
The CRO Manager is responsible for driving organic performance by leading CRO initiatives and optimising the website across key customer journey touchpoints, including landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows.
This role also oversees social media and email marketing to ensure all organic channels are strategically planned, on brand, and aligned with growth objectives. A core focus of the role is identifying drop off points, running structured tests, and improving conversion rates through data driven optimisation.
The CRO Manager collaborates closely with the tech team to implement website improvements and partners with the Paid Growth Lead to align strategies and repurpose high performing paid content across organic channels.
This is a hands on, performance focused role for someone who can blend creative thinking with analytical rigour to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead CRO strategy and optimise landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows.
• Run A/B tests and use data to improve conversion rates.
• Oversee social media and email marketing to support organic growth.
• Work with the tech team to implement website improvements.
• Align with the Paid Growth Lead and repurpose high performing paid content for organic channels.
• Monitor performance across organic channels and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in CRO, organic growth-focused roles., E-commerce specifically in both Shopify and Amazon.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, UX principles, and conversion psychology.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and website optimisation platforms.
• Solid knowledge and experience of social media and email marketing best practices.
• Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into clear optimisation actions.
• Strong understanding of Shopify, analytics platforms, and CRO tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, Convert, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate with tech, creative, and paid media teams.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
