We're a rapidly growing marketing agency looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help scale our operations, client communication, and help with systems and tracking.

About Us:
We help home contractors scale through proven systems and strategies. We're building something big and need someone who can grow with us.

What You'll Do:
• Help with creating SOPs
• Handle administrative tasks and project coordination
• Support client communication and follow-up
• Assist with research and data collection
• Help streamline our operational processes

What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years of VA experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience with tools like GHL, Slack, Monday, etc...
• Proactive problem solver who takes initiative
• Available during US business hours

Growth Opportunity:
This isn't just another VA role. You'll be working directly with our founder and learning high-level marketing strategies. There's real potential to grow into a management role as we scale.

Compensation: $600-$800/month based on experience
