Orders Desk and Logistics Assistant, QB Desktop essential

Based in Quebec, Canada, we are a small manufacturing company in the plastics industry called Plastair. Our clients are mainly in the US and Canada. Our time zone is EST, which is currently 11 hours earlier than PHT.

We are looking to add someone to our small and efficient office administration team.

The job requirements include:
* solid work experience on the desktop version of QuickBooks (QB Online does not qualify)
* experience in North American shipping and logistics with an understanding of how parcels & freight move
* bonus for work experience in the manufacturing sector
* schedule is 5 days per week. 10am to 2pm EST four days per week and 8am to 4pm one day per week for a total of 24 hours per week
* experience working with Canadian or American companies helpful
* mature person with strong English writing and reading skills
* being comfortable with numbers is essential
