Social Media Expert and Branding Specialist

We are hiring an experienced Branding Expert to lead high-level social media branding and growth strategies for service-based businesses. This role is for experts only. If you don’t deeply understand Facebook groups, organic growth, and algorithm-driven content strategy, this is not the role for you.

This is NOT just posting on social media, this is engaging with the team for the best post to increase engagement and actively diving deep into Facebook on HOW to increase engagement. You will be writing and optimizing posts.

You will be responsible for formulating, executing, and optimizing branding strategies that increase visibility, engagement, trust, and inbound leads.

This role requires strong expertise in:


Facebook Groups (growth, engagement, moderation, and positioning)

Lead magnets, giveaways, and audience-building campaigns

Daily posting strategies aligned with platform algorithms

High-quality copywriting with native-level English

Strategic content planning designed to increase reach and engagement

Understanding how branding supports lead generation and conversions

You must:

Think strategically, not just post content

Formulate client wins with our results team

Have clear understanding of our messaging with want to bring to new potential clients

Understand how to trigger engagement signals within the algorithm

Be confident in writing persuasive, natural-sounding English copy

Know how to structure posts, CTAs, and campaigns for growth

Have proven experience growing pages or communities organically
