Client Success / Account Coordinator (Remote – Full Time)

We’re hiring a Client Success Coordinator to manage day-to-day communication with our SaaS clients, send weekly updates, and keep delivery running smoothly. This is a long-term role with stable hours and growth potential.

Your Responsibilities:

Handle daily client communication (Slack + Loom updates)

Coordinate deliverables with our internal team

Track tasks, deadlines, and revisions

Keep clients calm, informed, and confident

Spot issues early and resolve them before they escalate

You’re a Good Fit If You:

Speak excellent English (written + spoken)

Are organized, calm, and detail-oriented

Can manage multiple clients without losing track

Take ownership and don’t need constant supervision
