Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain AI-driven and system-level automations that reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency. This role works closely with leadership and internal teams to connect tools, streamline workflows, and ensure our systems operate cleanly and reliably.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning chaos into structure and manual processes into automated systems.

Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize automation workflows using n8n
Integrate internal systems across Slack, email, CRMs, spreadsheets, and project management tools
Design API- and webhook-based automations to sync data and trigger actions
Implement AI-assisted workflows where appropriate (e.g., automated routing, summaries, notifications)
Maintain and improve CRM data flows, records, and system integrity
Set up and manage Slack automations, bots, and workflow integrations
Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability
Document workflows, logic, and system architecture for internal use
Identify inefficiencies and proactively propose automation solutions

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Automation Specialist or similar role
Strong hands-on experience with n8n
Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
Experience working with CRMs, spreadsheets, and operational tools
High attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
Must own a MacBook and iPhone
Reliable high-speed internet connection
