Photo Editor / Visual Content Producer

Full-Time | Production Team | Hollywood Podcast

We’re looking for a full-time Photo Editor / Visual Content Producer to join our in-house production team on a fast-growing Hollywood podcast show.

This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of visual storytelling, design, and digital media, and knows how to create scroll-stopping thumbnails, polished newsletters, and high-performing social content.

What You’ll Do

Design YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and tell a story
Edit and create social media images and video clips for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more
Build and design email newsletters using platforms like Constant Contact
Collaborate closely with producers, editors, and hosts to support episode releases and promotional campaigns
Maintain visual consistency across all platforms while bringing fresh creative ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For
Strong skills in photo editing and graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
Experience creating thumbnails and social-first visuals
Comfortable working in tools like Constant Contact (or similar email platforms)
Understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and best practices
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
A creative eye and strong sense of visual storytelling

Bonus Points
Experience with podcasts, YouTube channels, or entertainment brands
Motion graphics or light video editing skills
Familiarity with A/B testing thumbnails or performance-driven design
