French news article writer

I'm looking to write a weekly article listing all the events in a canadian city. The job is to research the web and social media to find all the events in the next week, categorize them by theme. Some events are in english other are in french, you must be able to research in both language. You will then produce a listicle of all shows, social events, sports event, political events, new business openings, etc.

The job is 20h/week.
