We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and independent Virtual Assistant with experience in real estate, Airbnb, and rental property operations to support our growing team.

Responsibilities:
Provide real estate administrative support (listings management, CRM updates, documentation, and client coordination)
Manage Airbnb and other rental platforms, including guest communication, bookings, calendars, pricing, and day-to-day operations
Handle
Deliver general administrative and operational assistance
Organize files, systems, and processes to improve workflow efficiency
Coordinate with the team to track tasks and keep projects on schedule
Proactively identify issues and implement solutions before they escalate
Conduct rental market research, reverse comps, and pricing analysis to track trends and optimize property performance
Requirements (Skills & Experience):
Experience in real estate, Airbnb, or rental/property management
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Experience with CRMs or property management tools (
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Comfortable working remotely and independently
