Go High Level Specialist

Omni AI Agency is hiring a Go High Level Specialist to own the operational backbone of our business and client accounts. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and optimizing CRM, pipelines, outbound workflows, and reporting.

You will design CRM pipelines, configure automations, and build dashboards for pipeline visibility. The work blends hands-on system setup with administrative support. Strong organization, follow-through, and comfort working with AI tools are essential.

What You'll Do
• Build and manage Go High Level accounts for Omni AI and clients
• Design CRM pipelines aligned to real sales workflows
• Configure inbound and outbound email, SMS, and call automations
• Maintain lead routing, tagging, and follow-up logic
• Set up calendars, booking logic, and notifications
• Build dashboards and reports for pipeline visibility
• Support AI agents with clean, structured system design
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain system reliability
• Reduce manual founder and sales team involvement through automation

What We're Looking For
• Proven hands-on experience with Go High Level
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines
• Experience building email and SMS automation at scale
• Comfortable with integrations and automation tools
• Ability to follow instructions and deliver completed work without constant supervision
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic understanding of APIs or system integrations
• Background in tech support, operations, or process documentation
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly
• Clear written and spoken English

Work Schedule
• Full-time role
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM New York (EST)
• Overnight shift for Philippines-based candidates

Reporting Structure
• Reports directly to a Project Manager

Compensation
• Hourly pay based on experience and demonstrated skills
