We're a health e-commerce brand seeking a skilled graphic designer to create high-converting
What We Offer:

Required Skills:
Expert-level proficiency in Canva (Figma/Photoshop is a plus)
Expert in Nano Banana
Experience creating
Skilled in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude,) to write ad copy
Strong understanding of direct-response design principles
Knowledge of brands like Ryze, Whoop, Peloton, Oura, Everyday Dose
Ability to blend premium aesthetics with performance-focused design

Available during UK time zone hours (8am-5pm GMT preferred)
Daily Responsibilities:
Creating 20+ static ads per week (multiple variations for A/B testing)
Writing ad copy using AI tools (headlines, body copy, CTAs)
Designing scroll-stopping visuals that balance brand aesthetics with direct-response
Following hook-problem-solution-CTA frameworks
Creating variations for different customer avatars (TOF, MOF, BOF)
Testing different design angles (testimonial-style, product-focused, problem-driven)
Following brand guidelines while maintaining ad performance focus
Ensuring designs meet Meta ad specifications
Organizing files in Frame
Meeting 48-hour turnaround deadlines

NOT:
Generic Canva templates with no customization
Overly busy designs with too many elements
Stock photo heavy ads that scream "advertisement"

Technical Requirements:
Expert in Canva Pro (must have portfolio showing custom designs, not just templates)
Proficient in AI copywriting tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai)
Experience with Meta ad image specifications (1:1, 4:5, 9:16 formats)
Understanding of
Ability to work with brand asset libraries (fonts, colors, logos)
Knowledge of visual hierarchy and direct-response design principles
Comfortable with rapid iteration based on performance data
AI Copywriting Skills:
You'll be expected to:
Write compelling ad headlines using AI prompts
Generate benefit-driven body copy that sells
Create urgency-driven CTAs
Adapt copy for different customer awareness stages
A/B test multiple copy angles quickly
