Hi, I’m Sharon — founder of MicroChilli.

I run a bookkeeping and advisory business supporting ambitious service-based founders to build profitable, scalable businesses with real clarity and control.

I’m not looking for “task help”.

I’m looking for a right-hand Virtual Assistant — someone who loves systems, funnels, content and execution, and wants to grow inside a business that’s building something spectacular.

The Details

• Part-time: 10 hours per week (with strong potential to grow)
• Flexible hours between 9am–6pm AEST
• Long-term role inside a fast-moving advisory business
• Working closely with me and my advisory team

This is not a short-term gig. I want someone who wants to grow with the business, not jump role to role.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support both internal operations and revenue systems, including:

Email and admin management
• Repurposing content into emails, resources and client assets
• Managing our email marketing platform (Tekmatix – whitelabel GHL)
• Building landing pages, funnels and automations (core part of the role)
• Creating Canva graphics, presentations and branded resources
• KPI tracking and reporting
• Social media engagement and support
• Short-form video editing (CapCut, InShot etc – core part of the role)

This role directly supports business growth — accuracy, ownership and execution matter.

You’re Confident Using

• WordPress
• Tekmatix / GoHighLevel-style systems
• Canva
• Funnel builders and automation tools
• Video editing software

You don’t just “know” the tools — you move fast and clean inside them.

You Are

• Highly organised and proactive
• Calm under pressure and excellent with deadlines
• A strong written and verbal communicator
• Experienced as a VA (1+ years)
• Comfortable inside advisory, bookkeeping, coaching or service businesses
• Slightly obsessed (in a good way) with structure, polish and execution

You don’t wait to be told. You anticipate.

You Must Have

• Reliable high-speed internet
• Your own computer and professional workspace
• Google Meet & Microsoft Teams
• Strong funnel and automation skills
• Strong video editing skills

These are essential. Not optional.
