JOB OVERVIEW

Hamilton Homes

Sydney based residential building company looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The successful applicant will complete day-to-day admin tasks to help our office run efficiently. You will work closely with the managers daily in a rewarding working environment, and your income will be based on your previous experience with the ability to grow with the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute the Sales & Marketing tasks set in the quarterly strategy
Manage and share weekly the marketing calendar including all social, website and other promotions
Book, confirm agenda and run the monthly meeting
Present all marketing material for sign-off two weeks in advance
Set the schedule then publish all online marketing against the marketing calendar
Update website with new case studies as required
Publish monthly newsletter
Update CRM with all leads
Maintain and order for print Lookbook, WOW pack and Presentation of Quote documents
Run weekly outreach to Dream 10.0 clients
Run as required request for testimonial and case study with clients
Manage the keep warm email and engagement sequence while projects are being priced
Experience in Google ---------- and Facebook Ads required

Position requirements
• Proficient with MS office (EXCEL, word etc.)
• Basic CANVA skills
• Wordpress skills
• Speak very good English
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Applicant must have a positive attitude towards change
• Able to identify the need, remove the barriers
• Values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people
• Has good common sense and applied logic
