You’re not calling homeowners. You’re calling real estate pros across the U.S. people who actually get business, understand value, and need what we offer.


WHAT YOU’LL DO
This role only works if you bring intensity, discipline, and zero-excuse execution. We operate on clear communication, relentless follow-through, and the belief that every call is an opportunity, not a chore.

When you’re the first voice agents hear from our company, you’re shaping their entire perception of us. That means you’re expected to stay sharp, stay honest, and stay hungry.

Forget repetitive call-center nonsense. This is a proactive role where you’re trusted to run point, take initiative, and create demand.

You’ll be:
Hitting the phones daily to connect with agents, brokers, and team leads about our Virtual Assistant services

Qualifying prospects based on their pain points, budget, and business model
Booking and confirming appointments that actually show
Keeping the CRM tight and organized with real notes, real follow-ups
Maintaining consistent outreach volume and smashing weekly targets
Handling inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails with professionalism
Bringing daily insights so we continuously refine the script and strategy

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of cold calling or appointment setting experience
Fluent English (neutral or North American accent strongly preferred)
Strong objection handling and conversation control
Reliable internet + quiet, professional home setup
Experience with dialers (MOJO, Batch Dialer, CallTools, etc.)
CRM proficiency ( ---------- , HubSpot, etc.)
Organized, persistent, and self-driven


NICE TO HAVE
Understanding of real estate operations and the daily chaos realtors face

SCHEDULE
Full-time, aligned with U.S. (Austin, TX, UTC-6 but limited to)

- What are your financial or career goals for the next 2–3 years, and why does this role fit those goals?
